PURPOSE:To execute picture drawing for transmission and picture drawing for reception on the same surface and to obtain a hard copy at the same time by overlapping a pressure sensitive recording paper, an electrode board, a pressure sensitive conduction board, and a resistance sheet, and by providing an XY plotter on the opposite side of the pressure sensitive recording paper. CONSTITUTION:A telephone set 9 and a graphic I/O device 10 are connected to a control part 8 which is connected by a communication line 7 respectively, and a sound and picture-drawing communication system is constituted. A pressure sensitive recording paper 13 is wound around a roll body 14 of this device 10, and is pulled out to a picture drawing part 11 through the inside of a case 12. An electrode board 20, a pressure sensitive conduction board 21, and a resistance sheet 22 are laminated and fixed on the rear face side of this recording paper 13. A transparent sheet 33 is overlapped on the upper surface of the recording paper 13, and it is set so that it will have the contact pressure of a pen 17. In addition, an XY plotter 30 is provided on the lower side of the sheet 22 which is on the opposite side from the recording paper 13. X outputs 26 and 27, and Y outputs 28 and 29 are taken out from the sheet 22 through a diode 25, the transmission picture drawing and the reception picture drawing are executed on the same surface, and at the same time, a hard copy is outputted.
