PURPOSE:To prevent freezing of water, snow or the like adhered to the louver by a method wherein the louver member is provided at the outside air introducing side of a wet type cooling section and a heat convection path, generated by the heat of hot- water of the wet type cooling section, is formed in the louver member. CONSTITUTION:The louver member 5 for flow-smoothening and introducing the outside air into the wet type cooling section 1 is provided at the outside air introducing side of the wet type cooling section 1. The louver member 5 is formed so as to be hollow and is provided with a partitioning plate 8, partitioning the central space in the louver member 5 into upper and lower partitions, is provided while the heat convection path 11, running from one end 5b of wet cooling section side to the other end 5a at the outside air side through the upper space 9 and returning from the other end 5a to one end 5b through the lower space 10, is formed as shown by arrow signs in the diagram. According to this method, air in the louver member 5 is heated since the member 5 receives heat by hot-water at one end 5b of the wet type cooling section while the other end 5a of the external air side is also heated by the air of convection since the convection is generated along the heat convection path 11, therefore, freezing of water, snow or the like adhered to the louver member may be prevented. |
