PURPOSE:To measure exactly an abrasion quantity of a rubber roll by providing in parallel a fixed side rubber roll whose revolving shaft is fixed to a machine frame, and a moving side rubber roll whose revolving shaft is movable in the horizontal direction, so that they are opposed to each other on the right and left. CONSTITUTION:A fixed side rubber roll 1 is constituted so that its revolving shaft 4 is supported by a fixed bearing 3. Also, a moving side rubber roll is constituted so that its revolving shaft 8 is supported by a bearing 7 which can move in the horizontal direction along a guide rail 6 of a machine frame 2. Also, pulleys 9, 10 provided on one end of each revolving shaft 4, 8 are connected to a motor which is not shown in the figure, and one rubber roller is rotated at a higher speed than that of the other rubber roll, and also they are rotated by changing the revolving speed in the direction opposite to each other so that both of them are directed to the inside. According to such a constitution, an abrasion quantity of the rubber roll can be measured exactly. |
