PURPOSE:To drive a doffer efficiently, by using a motor controlled by an invertor as a motor to drive the doffer, observing rotation of a cylinder, starting the motor to drive the doffer. CONSTITUTION:The drive force of the motor M1 to drive a cylinder is transferred through the pulley 1, the belt 2, and the pulley 3 to the rotary shaft 5 of the cylinder 4, and through the pulley 6, the belt 7, and the pulley 8 to the taker- in roller 9. The drive force of the motor M2 to drive a doffer is transferred through the pulley 11, the belt 14, and the pulley 13 to the revolving shaft 12 of the doffer 10, and through the gear line 16 including the change gear 15 and the bevel gear 17 to the feed roller 18. A motor controlled by the invertor INV capable of changing set of frequency is used as the motor M2, only the doffer and the feed roller can be stopped independently from the cylinder.
