摘要 PURPOSE:To provide the titled alloy having high hardness and good resistance to wear and vibration by limiting the compsn. consisting of Co, V, Si, Mn, Al, Zr, Ti and Fe. CONSTITUTION:A high permeability magnetic alloy consists of 46-55wt% Co, 0.5-3% V, 0.01-1% Si, 0.01-2% Mn, 0.01-2% in total of 1 or 2 kinds among 0.01-1.5% Al, 0.02-2% Zr and 0.01-1.5% Ti and the balance Fe and has good resistance to wear and vibration. Said alloy provides good resistance to wear by increasing hardness without spoiling soft magnetism. Co and V in the above-mentioned alloy components contribute to provision of high magnetic permeability in the above-mentioned compsn. range; Si and Mn are required as a deoxidizing agent and to obtain workability, but if the above-mentioned upper limit is exceeded, the saturation magnetization is decreased. Al, Zr and Ti contribute to an increase of hardness Hv to about >=1,000 without deteriorating the soft magnetism within the above-mentioned limited content range, thereby improving the resistance to wear.
