UNLOADING DEVICE FOR PLATING OBJECT

PURPOSE:To unload plating objects without dropping said objects by disposing tentative receiving plates into containing boxes in such a way that the plates can move freely forward and backward and transferring the objects in a static state to the base of the containing boxes when the plates retreat. CONSTITUTION:Plating objects 9 are given rectilinear movability by tapered rollers 7 and arrive in an arrayed state onto rubber rollers 8, by which said objects are fed into respective containing boxes 4. A sensor 17 detects the object 9 in this stage and at the same time, a pressure cylinder 14 advances a tentative receiving plate 13 into the box 4. The front end of the object 9 is therefore tentatively received by the plate 13. When the cylinder 14 retreats, the plate 13 is reset to the home position and the object 9 is transferred onto the base 12 of the box 4. The object 9 is regulated by a stopper pin 16 and is thus prevented from being carried from the box 4.
