PURPOSE:To prepare an uneven molded piece in which an unwoven cloth is adhered to the uneven surface of stetch cloth free from cracks, wrinkles, breaks by injection-molding resin interposing expandable stetch cloth in the concave section of an uneven mold. CONSTITUTION:The concave section of a female mold 1 and the convex section 7 of a male mold 6 are combined to insert the stetch cloth 10 into the molding concave section 2A of the mold. Said stetch cloth 10 is prepared by stetching polyester stable unwoven cloth using polyester binder with polyester filament or 10-50% of polyester fiber with a melting point of 110-200 deg.C is mixed with polyester fiber with a melting point of about 260 deg.C. Then, the injecting hole 11 of a resin injection machine is connected with the injecting hole 5 of the female mold 1 to inject molten resin and the injected piece is cooled and released from the molds to obtain the molded piece 13A. |
