PURPOSE:To improve the yield by connecting by fusing the end of a sole coil to a commutator segment, then coating an adhesive on the connected portion, and then molding the coil, thereby preventing the damage during the manufacturing steps. CONSTITUTION:The end of a sole coil 1 is connected by fusing to a commutator segment 2. The coil 1 is formed by heat-fusing a self-fusible wire. An adhesive 5 is coated on the connected portion of the coil 1 to the segment. Then, the coil 1 and the connected portion are coated with resin-containing glass prepreg, molded with epoxy resin, thereby forming a coreless armature 3. Thus, the shortcircuit between the coils due to the pressure at the time of molding the resin can be prevented to improve the yield. |
