PURPOSE:To enable to operate a motor at a high speed and to control the torque at the high speed by replacing a PNP type transistor with an NPN type transistor, thereby enabling to perform a high speed switching operation. CONSTITUTION:The collectors of NPN type transistors 2, 9 are connected to the positive terminal of a DC power source, and the emitters are connected to the collectors of transistors 4, 11. The emitters and the collectors of PNP type transistors 3, 10 for amplifying the base currents are connected to the collectors and the bases, respectively of the transistors 2, 9, and the transistors 2, 3 and 9, 10 are connected in a complementary Darlington manner. In this circuit, when the transistor 7 is converted from ON to OFF, the erasure of the base charge of the transistor 3 is performed irrespective of the transistor 2, and the erasure of the base charge can be rapidly performed. |
