PURPOSE:To increase inertial force of a flywheel at its rotation and rest and increase the inertial force at stationary rotation by providing a weight member movable along a guide groove therein disposed in a radial direction of a rotating body for the flywheel. CONSTITUTION:Circular arc-shaped guide grooves 13, 14 are disposed in the upper side surface 10a of a rotary cylinder 10 at diagonal positions of a straight line (a) passing through an axial center of a supporting shaft 12 provided on a rotary center of the rotary cylinder. In the grooves, weights 15, 16 are movably disposed between supporting shaft side end parts 13a, 14a of the grooves and outer circumference side end parts 13b, 14b of the cylinder in a length direction of the grooves, and the weights are always energized toward the supporting shaft side end parts 13a, 14a and held by elastic forces of springs 21, 22 resiliently provided on the supporting shafts 17, 18. The weights are moved by centrifugal force at stationary rotation of the cylinder, enabling inertial force to be kept large. |
