PURPOSE:To remove or simplify a burring process by a method wherein the thickness of a burr formed around a molded piece is made so large that the burr is not broken so simply and left in a unitary body with the resin body. CONSTITUTION:This figure shows the portion between the sealing ring storing groove 34 in the molded piece storing space 32 and the space 33 to mold resin body. The inner dimension of this part is made larger than the outer dimension of the molded piece 1 by the distance enough to form burrs 5 with unbroken thickness to provide the burr forming space 35. In this manner, when resin is injected, the resin enters the burr forming space 35 to form burrs 5 with sufficient thickness in one piece with the resin body 2. In addition, the inner dimension of the space 35 is desired to be enlarged taperingly toward the mold space 33 of the resin body in the communicating part 35a with the mold space 33 of the resin body.
