<p>PURPOSE:To suppress the deterioration in sound quality of a reproduced sound signal by replacing M-bit data of low-order of prescribed samples among all sound samples of the sound signal into a frame synchronizing code data. CONSTITUTION:The sound signal is sampled by a sampling frequency of a clock signal C1, A/D-converted 2, fetched at each sound sample by 8 bits each by a converting circuit 3, bit data of each sound sample is outputted sequentially and serially and shifted to the 1st-8th registers 4-11. When all bit data of the 1st- 4th sound samples D1-D4 are stored in the registers 4-11, the content of the low-order 4 bits of each data bit of the samples D1-D4, i.e., the data bit of the 7th, 8th, 3rd and 1st registers 10, 8, 6, 4 is outputted while being replaced into the bit data of 4 bits each of the frame synchronizing code respectively. The probability that the data are different from the data to be reproduced substantially is small and the deterioration of the sound quality of the reproduced sound signal is eliminated.</p> |
