The invention relates to a device to which a bottle carrier is fixed, and which fits onto the frame of a bicycle. It consists of an open cylinder 1 whose diameter is matched to the diameter of the frame and whose edges 2 have been slightly curved over, in order to facilitate the installation of the device simply by pressing onto the frame of a bicycle 6. This open cylinder 1 is surmounted, on its rounded side, with two cubic parts 3 in which there are drilled two holes 4 which will receive two assembly screws, in order to fasten a bottle carrier 5 to this device. These holes will therefore be of the same diameter and the same spacing as those found on bottle carriers. The device according to the invention is intended for all types of bicycles and may therefore, for bicycles equipped with soft tyres, be equipped 7 with a box which will receive the repair patches, the repair box and possibly an inner tube. <IMAGE>
