PURPOSE:To improve the comfort of the dwellers by connecting a compressor in circulatory manner a floor surface radiator, a capillary tube, an outdoor heat exchanger, and constituting pipe line between the compressor and the floor surface radiator in a heat-exchangeable fashion with the outdoor heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:A high-temperature and high-pressure gas coolant discharged out of the compressor 12 is heat-exchanged by the pipeline 4 disposed at the lower part of the outdoor heat exchanger 3, and radiated. As a result, the coolant assumes a gas-liquid mixed state, passing through a pipeline 7 and radiating in the floor surface radiator 6 and heating the room. Then, the coolant returns to the compressor 12 via the capillary tube 23 and the outdoor heat exchanger 3. By this organization, the radiation in the floor surface radiator 6 becomes a radiation in the gas-liquid mixing range, and a temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the floor surface radiator 6 can be made almost zero, and as a result, comfort can be improved. |
