The invention relates to an improved apparatus for injecting a coiled column intended for the maintenance and repair of wells. The apparatus comprises an injector 60 intended for lowering a coiled column 50 into a well in order to circulate fluids therein. The injector 60 is designed to allow a rotation of the column for carrying out drilling or redrilling operations.
