PURPOSE:To facilitate automation of production of coil units by giving adhesiveness to insulating materials laminated by printing on a conductive coil plate, laminating a second coil plate on the sheet, hardening the second coil plate and then dividing it into a plurality of portions, and obtaining a plurality of coil units between which resin sheets are made to lie. CONSTITUTION:Silicone resin and carbon graphite are kneaded to prepare materials of first and second sheets 14 and 15. Next, a plurality of frames molded into U-shape in advance are successively provided to prepare a first coil plate 11 made to be in a hoop-like shape. The first coil plate 11 is subjected to masking to print resin material only on the first coil plate 11 of U-shape. Next, this is temporary-calcinated to bring the first resin sheet 14 into a semi-hardened state (a degree that adhesiveness is present). A second coil plate 12 molded into a hoop-like shape is laminated on this resin sheet 14, and, at the same time, the second resin sheet 15 molded in the same way as in the first coil plate 11 is laminated on a third coil plate 13, thereby calcinating and hardening a laminated body of a sandwich construction and then cutting it at fixed positions. |
