PURPOSE:To allow large magnetic flux density and high rigidity to be obtained by embedding a coil conductor into an anisotropic magnetic body layer having high permeability. CONSTITUTION:In an anisotropic magnetic body layer 2 having high permeability in which a coil conductors 1 are embedded, if a current is made to flow through the coil conductors 1, a magnetic flux is generated in the (x) direction. Magnetic body layers 2 have anisotropy and a magnetization-easy axis is in the (y) direction. In this way, the magnetic body layers 2 use the (y) direction as the direction of the magnetization-easy axis, thereby making resistance in the (y) direction smaller and a y-direction component of a magnetic field near the coil larger. Therefore, this allows magnetic density of the composed magnetic field caused by the whole coil to be made large. |
