PURPOSE:To prevent leakage of compressed air or oil by integrating a cylinder head and cylinder at the end of cylinder where a push-out chamber is formed. CONSTITUTION:The portion of cylinder head 10i is integrated with cylinder body 10 where an unloader valve 13 is screwed immediately above a hole 12f while a valve 12b is seated at the port 12e of valve seat 12a. A valve 11c is seated selectively at the portion of port 10c in valve seat 11b. Since there is no joint face applied with O-ring between the cylinder head 10i and cylinder body 10, compressed air or oil will never leak through the joint face. |
