The device is composed of a body (1), test tubes (10) which contain dye and fibre paper, a fixed board (2), a moving board (3) having rollers (5), a lever (4), a rail (6), a heater (8), a stirrer (9), a thermocouple temperature gauge (12), and a mercurytype temperature controller (13). The dye solution is heated by the heating medium polyethylene glycol #400. Because each test tube can be used as a high-pressure dyeing machine, the test period is reduced an the heating condition is controlled arbitrarily. The temperature of the heating medium is controlled by the temperature controller and the heater, so that is remains constant.
