In this blind and roller-shutter drive with a hand crank (6) and crank rod (7), the overload safety device (9) can easily be reached from the operating room. The crank rod (7) is connected directly to an anti-turn device, the anti-turn device being designed as a friction clutch, e.g. as a ball-type sliding clutch (9), the clutch force of which is adjustable.
