发明名称 GRINDING ROBOT
摘要 PURPOSE:To have effective grinding work for a curvature with complicated configuration by pivoting No.2 arm with possibility of swinging oscillation at the tip of No.1 arm, which swings oscillatively round the shaft, and by furnishing a grinding tool at the foremost shaft of said No.2 arm. CONSTITUTION:A work 58 is mounted on a table 48, and a tiltable handle 57 is titled to allow the surface to be ground to confront the grinding tool 9, and a revolution is made by a rotary handle 51 for the purpose of location. Motors 15, 16 are put in operation till respective specified rotational angles while signals while signals from rotary encoders 19, 20 are fed back, so as to rotate No.1, No.2 arms 7, 8 to their specified angles. Thus the grinding tool 9 can be oriented as intended and operated in the intended direction in automatic linkage, so that grinding of as well plane part as a complicated curvature can be performed effectively.
