PURPOSE:To facilitate washing and drying and to transport plural kinds of sample liquid without contamination by transporting liquid by suction from a sample liquid intake to a metering part and by the extrusion of an extruding medium from the metering part to an analyzing part. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum pump is put in operation to evacuate a vacuum tank 4 to a specific degree of vacuum. When the sample liquid intake 1 is connected to a sample source S1 and a valve 18 is opened, the sample liquid is sucked into the system to flow into the vacuum tank 4 through a conduit 20, flow passage A1 of a flow passage selection board 3, metering pipe part 19, flow passage A3 of the flow passage selection board, and conduit 21. Then, the selection board 3 is rotated to connect the metering pipe part 19 to conduits 22 and 23, and then a pump 5 for extruding medium supply selected by a selector 13 is put in operation, so that the sample liquid flows into the analyzing part 14 by the extruding liquid in a tank 9. Then, pumps 6-8 are selected successively by the selector 13 and liquids in tanks 10-12 are flowed in the analyzing part 14 and analyzed. |
