PURPOSE:The titled friction liner, obtained by crosslinking a film prepared by adding an antistatic agent to a polyethlene having active silane groups with water, and increasing the molecular weight thereof, and having improved antistatic properties, friction and abrasion resistance, flatness and sliding characteristics and further transparency. CONSTITUTION:A transparent friction liner obtained by kneading one or two or more antistatic agents with an ethylene-unsaturated silane copolymer prepared by polymerizing polyethylene having 100,000-1,000,000 molecular weight with silane groups, molding the resultant mixture under melting conditions into a film, crosslinking the molded film with water, and increasing the molecular weight. 0.5-5% antistatic agent is added thereto.
