The invention relates to a hygienic metering system for sanitary installations. When the flushing valve is actuated, a small quantity of water is taken from the water flowing through the flushing tube 3 by means of two inlet tongues 2. The inflowing water runs onto the turbulence-creating webs 6, giving rise to swirling up of the water flowing around the disinfectant, and is taken along through the outlets 7 into the sanitary installation by the suction force of the outflowing water. This ensures uniform distribution of disinfectant in the whole of the sanitary installation. <IMAGE>
