The invention proposes a radiological data sheet register which essentially comprises a housing for accommodation of a stack of index cards, with a bottom part housing the index cards, a pivotable lid part taking the stack of cards along in its open position above the chosen index card, and an index card selection slide the position of which determines selection of the index cards. A sketched representation of a human or animal body or body part subdivided in predetermined regions is shown on the top of the lid part, each region being allocated a number which is applied at the edge of the lid part in accordance with the spacings at which the selection slide engages. Each index card is printed on both sides, the lower side showing an enlarged and/or more detailed representation of a region and a table being printed on the upper side in which the exposure values and adjustment parameters needed most for a radiograph are entered. The index cards are arranged one on top of the other in such a way that the enlarged and/or more detailed representation of the region becomes visible on opening of the lid part in accordance with the selected region on the lower side of the stack of index cards taken along.
