PURPOSE:To make it possible to safely and easily discharge pulverized materials, by associatingly connecting a movable bed to the front end of a stationary carrying bed on which a plurality of silo-like miniature tanks may be arranged fallen down sidelong, and as well by standingable and layingably providing a receiving bed on which the tank may be fastened and held. CONSTITUTION:Miniature tanks C containing therein pulverized materials such as, for example, cement, etc. are transferred, loaded on a truck 27, to a job-side where the miniature tanks C are unloaded from the truck 27 onto a stationary carrying bed A and are one by one checked and held by stopper plates 2 through 2'' at predetermined intervals. Then tanks C are shifted onto a tank receiving bed 10 on a movable bed B which is associatingly connected to the front end of the stationary carrying bed A, being fastened and secured on the receiving bed 10 by means of cargo-fastening jacks 15, and then the receiving bed to is rotated upward around on one side by extending a cylinder 12. Accordingly, the tank C takes its vertical posture, and then the tank is supported on a supporting bed 16. Thus, when a lid is removed from the tank, the pulverized material is discharged into a screw conveyor 25.
