PURPOSE:To enable filling always of uniform and satisfactory spray molding material by enabling automatic regulation of the amt. of binder corresponding to the pressure for spary filling even if the pressure is varied. CONSTITUTION:Particulate refractory material is stored in a storage tank 2, and feeding mechanisms 16, 17 of binder are provided to a mixing machine 7 having a feeding port 13 and a discharging port 15. Further, a compressed gas ejecting mechanism 24 and a spray hose 26 are connected to the downstream of the discharging port 15 of the mixing machine 7. In this spray molding device, sensors for spraying conditions such as a pressure sensor 22 for sensing internal pressure or switch for changing the spray conditions are provided to the mixing machine or the spray hose 26, and a controller 23 controls the quantity to be fed of the feeding mechanism 16, 17 depending on the output signal of above described spray condition sensor. Thus, the quantity of the binder to be fed is controlled automatically corresponding to the spray filling pressure even if it is varied, and always uniform and satisfactory molding material is obtd. by spray filling.
