PURPOSE:To correct the change in an output signal caused by a secular change, by mounting an opening degree correcting means for correcting an opening degree by utilizing the newest full-close and full-open signals from a full-close/full- open signal generating means for detecting the full-close and full-open of an opening degree changing member. CONSTITUTION:Initial values A, B are respectively stored in a full-close initial value memory means 10a and a full-open initial value memory means 10b and a valve 2 is fully closed and opened at the time of the setting of the initial values to allow a full-close newest value memory means 10c and a full-open newest value memory means 10d to respectively store the initial values A, B from a full- close/full-open signal generating circuit 11. If a secular change appears thereafter, the memory means 10c, 10d renew memory contents at every full-close and full-open and operation is performed by an operation circuit 10e and the opening degree signal from an opening degree meter 4 is corrected. Further, predetermined operation is performed by an operation part 5 to output a corrected opening degree signal. |
