PURPOSE:To prevent after heating by a method wherein a bypass pipe is provided with a valve, which opens the bypass pipe at least upon stopping the supply of hot-water. CONSTITUTION:Water supplying pipes 19, 19' and hot-water supplying pipes 20, 20' are connected to a heat exchanger 18 heated by a heater such as a burner, a heater or the like, and the bypass pipe 21, branched from the water supplying pipe 19 and joined with he hot-water supplying pipe 20 under detouring the upper side of the heat exchanger, is provided. The bypass pipe 21 is provided with a non-return valve 22 in order to open the bypass pipe 21 upon stopping the supply of hot-water. After heating may be prevented by providing only the valve 22. Hot-water in the heat exchange will never by thrown away upon stopping the supply of hot-water, therefore, the heat of the hot-water may be utilized as heat source in some degree upon supplying the hot-water again and it may save energy. Further, air will never be taken into the heat exchanger upon stopping the supply of hot-water, therefore, incontinuous ejection of hot-water may be prevented upon supplying the hot-water again and convenience as well as safety of the device may be improved.
