The invention refers to an air-conditioning vent for a room or similar area. The vent is comprised of a horizontal duct, whose outward opening is shaped like a cut down cone, as well as a vent plate, whose jacket surface clings to the named opening and presents a similar form of a cut down cone. The vent plate can be cast off in the axial direction of the duct for adjustment of a cross-section of a first ring-shaped spring between the vent plate and the opening. In the duct there is an axial sound moderating cartridge made of soft, absorbent material, e.g. fibreglass, rock wool or cellular plastic. Between the cartridge and the duct there is a second axial spring. The cartridge in the individual opening is located with the end fixed at the vent plate so, that it moves itself together with this.<IMAGE> |
