PURPOSE:To keep holding of the mutual balancing state of a flowing-out current and a flowing-in current independently of fluctuation of power supply voltage by controlling the flowing-in current to the 2nd bipolar transistor (TR) with the flowing-out current via the 3rd bipolar TR of the titled circuit. CONSTITUTION:The 3rd bipolar TRQ8 of the bias circuit receives the Early's effect due to fluctuation of the power supply voltage with the almost same operating condition as that of the 1st bipolar TRs Q1, Q2. When the currents I1, I2... flowing out of the 1st bipolar TRs Q1, Q2... are, e.g., increased by the power supply voltage increase, the control current of the said 2nd bipolar TRQ5 is increased and the flowing-in current I5 by the said 2nd bipolar TRQ5 is increased similarly. Thus, the mutual balance between the flowing-out bias currents I1, I2... and the flowing-in bias current I5 is kept independently of the fluctuation of power supply voltage. |
