PURPOSE:To easily and exactly fold the ends of a resin tube for lining by using a mold which permits integrate lining by folding a resin tube to the outside of a lining tube in lining the inner surface of the tube with a synthetic resin tube. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin tube 5 is inserted into a tube 4 to be lined, and expanded by heating to closely adhere the tube 5 to the inner surface of the tube 4. The excess end portion of the tube 5 projected from the end of the tube 4 is softened by heating by means of gas burner or hot air and an inner mold 2 heated is pressed on the excess end portion so softened. When the mold 2 is extruded by action of a cylinder 7, a cylindrical injection 11 is inserted into the tube 5, and the excess end portion is expanded into a collar form by a collar 12 and an outer cylinder 1. The outer cylinder 1 fixed to a fitting plate 6 is advanced by push pressure of the cylinder 7' through the rod 8', and the excess end portion is reversely folded and closely adhered to the end of the tube to be lined. |
