PURPOSE:To obtain a low-price copy and to improve in picture quality by rotating a three primary colors filter, and driving the light source three times when a video image is exposed to light on a polaroid film and the video is copied. CONSTITUTION:A video image is exposed to light by a polaroid film 16, and the video is copied. As a forming method of the video image, a TFT active matrix liquid crystal display 6 is utilized for a light shutter. In addition, a disk 10 with a color filter of a RGB is rotated to obtain a full-color copy, either of luminance signals which are obtained by resolving a display 6 into the RGB corresponding to the color is driven, and the light source is lit up three times.
