A light sectioning method with stripe-illumination of the object surface to be tested, characterized in that three spectrally differently encoded stripe patterns, whose local intensities are sinusoidal and displaced relative to each other by + and -120 degrees, respectively (Fig. 2A), are projected on to the object surface (104), and in that, in the images of the stripe patterns generated at an angle alpha to the direction of projection, the relative phase of each image point is determined by measuring the intensity of each of the spectrally differently encoded stripe patterns. |
