PURPOSE:To enable transportation and storage in a state of a mixed liquid and prevent explosion or fire even if leakage occurred due to an accident, etc. by mixing a certain quantity of liquefied inert gas into a liquefied combustible gas and obtaining said mixed liquid. CONSTITUTION:A certain quantity of liquefied inert gas is mixed into a liquefied natural gas to provide a mixed liquid, in a liquefied natural gas producing process 2, out of a series of transportation and storage processes consisting of a collecting process 1 in a gas field or oil field, said liquefied natural gas producing process 2, a transporting process 3 by means of a tank lorry, etc., and a storing process 4 by means of a tank. The liquefied inert gas is of liquefied carbonic acid or liquefied nitrogen, which can be obtained by the refining, liquefying, etc. of the waste combustion gas of, e.g., natural gas or other gydrocarbon. |
