PURPOSE:To eliminate precise assembling jig or facility by consturcting tubular anode, plural veins and at least a part of output antenna into burnt powder mold. CONSTITUTION:Tubular anode 10, vein 20 and output antenna 30 are formed integrally through precise burnt powder mold while employing fine copper powder. With such structure, mechanical strength is improved while fragility is reduced to save material thus to improve the accuracy of part and to enable massproduction, resulting in a high quality magnetron anode with low cost. |
