PURPOSE:To mold a resin into a thin film in a simple manner without changing the basic properties of the resin, by using as a base material a specified inorganic material in the production of a thin film wherein an aqueous polyphenylene sulphide resin dispersion is applied onto the base material followed by drying, heating, calcining, cooling and peeling. CONSTITUTION:An inorganic material used as a base material is a porcelain, or glass type base material containing SiO2 in an amount of down to 60wt% and other components such as B2O3, TiO2, Al2O3, etc. in amounts of up to 10wt% in terms of simple substances. An aqueous poluphenylene sulphie resin dispersion is sprayed onto the base material using a spraying apparatus with a 0.5mm.-2mm. nozzle followed by drying at a temperature of about 100 deg.C. Then it is calcined at a temperature of 300-370 deg.C for 10-60min. Finally it is cooled so that a polyphenylene sulphide resin thin film 5-20mu in thickness can be obtained without applying any exfoliating stress. |
