PURPOSE:To check watt consumption in a battery as well as to have a blinding flash ungiven to a car running in the opposite direction, by installing a detecting device in a state of stoppage, while controlling it so as to switch off a lamp when a car stops but switching on the lamp in time of car driving. CONSTITUTION:A stoppage state detecting device 3 is connected to each running rotor such as wheels, a transmission and the like or a speedometer and detects whether a rotating part is in rotation as well as the speedometer points at zero or not. A detection signal outputted from the detecting device 3 is inputted into a control part 4 which is, in turn, opens a current-energizing circuit of a head lamp 1 and turns off the lamp according to the detection signal when the car is stoppage. And, when it is in a running state, this control part 4 closes the current-energizing circuit of the lamp 1 and turns on the lamp. In addition, a switch 2 installs an on-off part, which directly turns on or off the lamp 1, and an auto-part, which turns off or on the lamp 1 via the control part 4. With this constitution, such a case as being oblivious of light-ogg is eliminated and no light running is prevented from occurring and, what is more, economization in battery power is well promotable. |
