At least two subassemblies each consisting of a rigid frame 22-23-24 and at least one vulcanised elastomer block 20-21 are assembled, the said subassemblies being arranged so that the planes of symmetry passing through the elastomer blocks of each subassembly are arranged at 90 DEG from one another, the said elastomer blocks 20-21 thus essentially working in shear under the action of incident loads.
