PURPOSE:To allow a plant controller for heat energy to perform control matching with a plant state by deriving an internal state parameter from measurable processes quantity and incorporating it in a control part for the control. CONSTITUTION:The amount X5 of generated steam, steam temperature X6, feed water temperature X7, etc., are measured as additional process quantities and inputted to an internal state parameter derivation part C3 as internal state parameters in addition to the water level X1, flow rate X2, the amount of feed water, etc., as measurable process quantities of the nuclear power plant consisting of a reactor vessel 1, pressurizer 2, steam generator 3, turbine, power generator 5, etc. The derivation part C3 performs calculations according to a function for the derivation of the internal state parameters to obtain the parameters Y1-Yn, and an internal parameter control part C2A controls the parameters by suitable control algorithm to perform optimum control according to the internal state of the plant. |
