PURPOSE:To work and assemble parts easily and to reduce the cost of parts by providing a detaining part of a scanning guide block on a line, where planes of surfaces of two mirrors intersect with each other, of a mirror box to which these two mirrors are attached. CONSTITUTION:A detaining part 12 for the guide block is provided on the line, where specular surfaces of two mirrors 3 and 4 intersect with each other of a mirror block 10, and a mirror holding part and a guide part are detained by a fixing member 14 such as a screw or the like, and they are moved along a scanning guide member 9. By this constitution even if both mirrors 3 and 4 are attached to positions rotated around the detaining part 12, an axis 15 of incident light 15 and an axis 17 of reflected light pass certain routes because relative positions of mirrors 3 and 4 are fixed, and the final optical axis is not deviated. |
