This opening is of the type which is mounted on a housing fitted onto the facing and connected to a distribution duct. It comprises a monobloc element made of plastic which has the shape of a cylindrical crown 1, ending, at its lower part, in a ring 2 projecting in the radial direction, provided with a curved-up peripheral rim 3, the inside of which defines a grid formed by the intercrossing of two perpendicular sets of parallel ribs 6 of small cross-section, located in the upper plane, and bearing on the same number of flat perpendicular baffle plates 4 of large height, arranged along two perpendicular diameters, the centre of which is occupied by a hollow cylinder 5 which is central with respect to the opening, in which there is placed a closing plug consisting of a monobloc element which can be fitted in, and comprising a disc-shaped surface from which hang curved tabs for elastic fastening, which disc forms, at the front, the fixed support for identification signs or the like. <IMAGE>
