The invention relates to waterproof sheeting for roofs, having a reinforcing inlay comprising a glass-fibre layer based on EPDM rubber and an upper covering layer comprising a thermoplastic layer made from a mixture of SBS polymer, EPDM and bitumen, and a lower covering layer made from elastified bitumen. The essential feature of this waterproof sheeting is that a further double layer comprising an EPDM rubber layer and a thermoplastic layer is arranged between the glass-fibre layer and the elastified bitumen layer in a symmetrical arrangement to the glass-fibre layer.
