PURPOSE:To make it possible to analyze many kinds of particles by a simple constitutional element, by individually detecting and holding the peak values of plural kinds of particle detection signals to apply digital conversion thereto and applying time sharing to the converted outputs to form converted data which are, in turn, outputted so as to be distributed by kinds. CONSTITUTION:Particle detection signals S1-S3 having peaks corresponding to particle sizes are inputted to sample hold circuits 1-3 and peak detection means 4-6 and peak values receive A/D conversion by analogue/digital converter means 7-9. The clock signal outputted from a clock signal generation circuit 12 is applied to a counter 14 through a frequency divider 13 to lead out code signals CD0-CD1 for discriminating the particle detection signals S1-S3. These code signals are sent to a decoder 15 and a data selector and time sharing is applied to the outputs of the A/D converters 7-9 and the discrimination codes of particles classified by kinds are set to upper rank addresses to store converted data in the memory of an analytical apparatus AN. |
