PURPOSE:To ease the assembly of titled device, by opening opposite ends of housing portion housing the spring and the flint of casing and by inserting the flint and the spring from an opening opposite against a filling wheel. CONSTITUTION:To assemble a heat-generating device 1, a filing wheel 5 is first provided freely rotatably on bearings 6c, 6c of casing 6, and then a flint 4 and a spring 3 are placed inside a housing portion 6a through the opening 6d of casing 6. A supersonic horn 7 is abutted against the opening 6d of casing 6 vertically, and a supersonic vibration is applied to the supersonic horn 7 from a supersonic generator to impose a working pressure. By so performing a proper transfer for working, a supersonic working process is carried out. The opening 6d is thus closed to house the spring 3 inside the housing portion 6a. This can extremely ease the assembly of ignition device, while simultaneously allowing for a production in an automatic line. |
