PURPOSE:To remove fog and to stabilize image quality by washing a developed and fixed material with water shower and at the same time, rubbing it with sponge in an automatic developing device for developing printed photosensitive polymer films for use in a photograph-attached card. CONSTITUTION:When a photosensitive polymer film (a) is inserted through an insertion opening 2, it is conveyed through a conveyance route 7 toward an ejection opening 4. The film (a) is first showered with an alkali developing soln. in a developing section 8, second showered with water in the first washing section 9, third showered with an acidic fixing soln. in a fixing section 10 to fix an image, and finally showered with water in the second washing section 12, while the film surfaces is rubbed with sponge rollers 19, 19 to remove ''fog''. The film (a) is forcibly dried at 40-50 deg.C in a drying section 21, and received in a stacking section 22. |
