This invention relates to novel imidazolidinone prostaglandin compounds of the formula <IMAGE> (I) and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein R1 and R2 are independently hydrogen or alkyl of 1 to 4 carbons; R3 is hydrogen or methyl; and R4 is -(CH2)nCH3 wherein n is 3-7, cycloalkyl of 5-7 carbons, a substituent of the formula <IMAGE> +TR <IMAGE> wherein R5 is hydrogen, alkyl of 1 to 4 carbons, alkoxy of 1 to 4 carbons, halo or trifluoromethyl. These compounds are inhibitors of blood platelet aggregation. |
