The cut-in appts. is operative between a two-way subscriber channel working with analogue signals and digital equipment, esp. - subscriber circuit for telephone installations with digital coupling fields. A coder is provided that converts analogue into digital signals. Its output terminals are connected to a clamping device. The latter selectively suppresses the coder output signals by subtraction of unwanted signals in digital form. - The output terminals of the clamping device are coupled to the digital equipment. A decoder converts the digital signals of the latter into analogue signals. The decoder output is connected to a summing circuit.
