PURPOSE:To obtain the device of measurement and pressure transfer capable of easily controlling, in case of measuring the contained amount of gas, etc. mixed in raw material in the molding process of the resin such as polyurethane, by measuring the above amount with the pressure transfer device of a cylinder piston system. CONSTITUTION:When the valve 14 of a cylinder piston 21 is closed, said piston 21 is retracted, and the specified amount of resin component G is sucked into a cylinder pump 10. When an arm 23 is caused to be in contact with a bimit switch 24 and causes it to operate, a valve 13 is closed, and thus the resin component A is temporarily closed in an encapsulating part 15. The pressure of the resin component A in the encapsulating part 15 under this condition, is measured by a pressure gauge 17. Next, the piston cylinder 21 is advanced and stopped, and after this movement, the pressure of the resin component A is measured. On the other hand, the moved distance of the cylinder piston is measured. From these values, the contained bubble amount of the resin is calculated based on the law of Boyle. |
