This count signal 24a and the signal 26a from a temp. sensor 26 are operated by an operating part 27 and the signal 27a corresponding to the specific gravity of the liquid 3 to be measured at a reference temp. is outputted. Because a position sensor 25 is positioned above an overflow surface, there is no obstacle even if the liquid to be measured is opaque.
